Real People, Real Horses, No Drama
Meet Bob
Bob didn't plan a horse life—it found him. After his wife began boarding here in 1999, they had the chance to buy the place. When his wife has a stroke, everything changed. Bob had to learn the barn the hard way.
Ten years of mistakes, then mentors, then steady progress. Today Lyons & Horses is simple on purpose: horse-first care, clear rules, and a calm, helpful community. If that sounds like your kind of barn, we'd love to meet you.

Amanda Story
So happy we found Bob at Lyons and Horses! He’s been extremely helpful and accommodating while getting our rescue all settled in. Attentive, thorough and clean. The perfect barn for equestrians looking for a more lowkey and nonjudgmental environment. Indoor and outdoor arena are fantastic.
Catin Downing
We kept a horse at this facility for an overnight layover. The horse stayed in a round pen and was separate from any other horses/animals while being visible from both the farm and the house. The layover was planned last minute and Mr. Robert accepted us without hesitation!
